8 Seafield Road in Leith, Edinburgh, is a two-storey, nine-bay classical terraced pair built in 1830. The bays are arranged in a 2-1-3-1-2 pattern, with the three central bays slightly advanced and pedimented, while the outer pairs are lower and also advanced. The building is constructed from polished ashlar sandstone, featuring a base course and a cill course for the first-floor windows, which are bracketted above the central five bays.

On the northeast (principal) elevation, the entrance doors are located in the third and seventh bays, each topped with narrow rectangular plate glass fanlights and a bracketted cornice. The central bay has blind windows, and the first-floor windows in the outer paired bays break the eaves beneath the pediment. The southwest elevation has not been seen since 1995.

The roof is a grey slate piended design, raised at the central bays, with ashlar coped wallhead stacks. The property also features cast-iron railings along the street.
