Description
Warriston Bridge, located on Warriston Road in Edinburgh, was engineered by Grainger and Miller for the Leith and Granton Railway between 1841 and 1843. The bridge features three segmental skew arches made with channelled voussoirs. It is supported by coped semi-circular ashlar cutwater buttresses, with piers that divide the arches and a band course positioned above. The structure is topped with a coped ashlar parapet, and the intrados showcases channelled masonry.
