Description
Pennyghael House is a reputedly 1819 two-storey, seven-bay house featuring an advanced and pedimented three-bay center. Full-height wings were added around 1920, which include three-bay advanced and piended pavilions. The central porch has a cornice and incorporates a re-set rainwater head from 1657, possibly of English origin. The building is harled and has small-paned sash windows. It has a continuous slated roof with discreetly arranged symmetrical stacks.
