Iona Church, built around 1830 by Thomas Telford, is designed in a Gothic style. The building has an oblong shape and is constructed from stugged ashlar stone. It features a gabled roof and pointed latticed windows, along with two pointed doorways. The interior originally included a pulpit, pews, and a communion table, but these were replaced in 1939.
