Mains of Ardovie is an early 19th-century, two-storey, L-plan farmhouse. It incorporates elements of what is believed to be a former house of Ardovie. The building has slated pitched roofs. A date panel bearing the inscription 1636 is present, alongside a porch situated in the re-entrant angle.
