Description

The building known as Steading at Hillbarns dates back to the 18th century. It is a low, rectangular structure made of rubble with a gable that is straight-skewed and a roof covered in stone slates. There is a wide barn opening that is set back and slightly raised in the roof, featuring a small sweep. The entrance has a built-up door and a small square window opening. Additionally, there is a modern brick lean-to attached to one gable.
