Description
The Old Parish Church is an 18th-century structure located within the churchyard of Lonmay. The site includes rusticated gatepiers constructed from red sandstone, incorporating coats of arms. A fragment of an earlier church is present, bearing an inscription dating from 1607. The churchyard contains a noteworthy collection of 18th-century monuments, including a monument erected in 1733 to Cruden.
