Description

Garden Cottage at Druminnor Castle dates from the 17th or early 18th century and was not originally built for domestic use. It is a single-storey building with an attic, featuring a rectangular shape and a lower single-storey section. The structure is made of split boulder rubble with pinnings and has straight skews with skewputs. Inside, stairs in the eastern portion lead to a small vaulted chamber and a tunnel, which has not yet been fully excavated.
