This is an 18th-century building in Kincardine O’Neil, significantly altered over time. It is constructed of pinned boulder rubble with a gable facing the street. The building is listed for group value only, acknowledging its contribution to the surrounding area. It was formerly known as 1 Deeside Road and 1 South Turnpike. The listing applies to both the interior and exterior of the building.
