Description

Strathbogie Parish Church, located on Bogie Street in Huntly, was built between 1840 and 1841 and extended with a new front and tower designed by James Matthews in 1862, likely reusing materials from the previous facade. The church features a large harled rectangular structure with a squared granite front, coupled Roman-Doric pilasters, and a pediment. It has an asymmetrical Italianate tower. The original glazing is still intact. The church hall was added later, and it houses a bell by J.C. Wilson from 1864.
