Description
Newhills House is an originally two-storey, three-window ashlar building with attic dormers and a single-storey west wing, constructed by John Smith between 1829 and 1830. The east wing, featuring a bay window, was added by William Henderson in 1858. The first floor of the original part has been recently reduced by two-thirds, and the west wing has been demolished. The property also includes an old coped rubble garden wall and a block of offices.
