Description

The Masonic Temple, located at 85 Crown Street in Aberdeen, was designed by Harbourne Maclennan of Jenkins and Marr and built between 1909 and 1910. This building features two storeys, a basement, and an attic, with a five-window front. The ground floor windows have a Gibbs surround, while the first floor showcases architraves and tripartite key blocks. The central section of the building projects forward and is adorned with a pediment and coupled Ionic columns that feature swagged volutes.
