Description

This is a two-storey, five-bay former police station, now converted into a pair of rendered dwellings. The building has overhanging eaves, a hipped roof, and three prominent chimneys. A continuous string course runs at window sill level, and there are three central arched niches. The windows are Georgian-paned sash windows, and the building features cast iron rainwater goods. It is located within Rostrevor Conservation Area. The building was initially surveyed but not listed, and a partial record only was taken during a subsequent survey because it was deemed not worthy of a full survey.
