The former Gate Lodge, located at 144 Killymoon Road, Cookstown, County Tyrone, was originally surveyed during the first heritage survey but was subsequently delisted and demolished before the second survey began. It formerly served as gates, screens, and a lodge. Only a partial survey was undertaken.
