This is a mid-19th century, one-and-a-half storey house located at 2 Killymoon Street, Cookstown, Co. Tyrone. The building has undergone inappropriate alterations, including the widening of window openings and the replacement of original windows with modern uPVC windows. Modern rainwater goods, chimneystacks, and an artificial slate roof have also been added. Additionally, half-gabled dormers have been altered with the addition of flat roofs. This building was initially recorded during the First Survey, but due to a lack of significant architectural or historical interest, it was not considered worthy of a full Second Survey.
