This is the record for a former thatched, direct-entry vernacular dwelling located at 10 St. James Road, Ballykeel Artifinny, Hillsborough, County Down. The building was originally surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as it was deemed not worthy of a full survey. It has since been replaced by a modern bungalow. The building was formerly used as a house, but is now demolished. It is not listed, and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest.
