Description
Derryaghy House is an early nineteenth-century detached house of one-and-a-half storeys, with later extensions, located on the Derriaghy Road in Derriaghy, Lisburn. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed. A partial survey was taken in the Second Survey, but a full survey was deemed unnecessary due to the building’s limited architectural or historical significance. The house has been fully refurbished in recent years, including the addition of three dormer windows to the attic. It currently functions as a house, as it did in its former use.
