This is a free-standing courthouse of the International-modern style, constructed around 1980. It is situated on Railway Street in the town centre of Lisburn, County Antrim. Originally and currently used as a courthouse, the building was surveyed as part of the First and Second Surveys but was not considered worthy of full listing.
