Description

The former Waringfield house, located on Lurgan Road, Moira, County Down, has been demolished. A residential development now occupies the site. Only a portion of the original walled garden survives, situated behind the properties at 25, 27, and 29 Waringfield Avenue. The building was surveyed as part of the First Survey but was not formally listed. A partial record was made during the Second Survey.
