This is a church hall situated next to Carryduff Presbyterian Church. The original building fabric has been extensively replaced, leaving few features of architectural or historical interest. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not considered significant enough to be listed. A partial survey was conducted during the Second Survey for similar reasons. The building is currently used as a hall and is owned by the Presbyterian Church.
