1-12 De Burgh Square, Academy Road, Londonderry, County Londonderry

This is a group of two-storey, two-bay terraced houses located on De Burgh Square, Academy Road, Londonderry. They were recorded during the First Survey but were not designated as a listed building. The houses feature brick cornices. Numbers 1-5 have doorways with a segmental arch and square-headed window bays, while the remaining houses (numbers 6-12) have all openings with segmental arches. Most of the buildings have a smooth render, although numbers 3-5 and 12 have a pebble-dashed, coarse render. The buildings have undergone considerable alteration and, as such, do not meet the criteria for statutory listing. A partial survey was carried out during the Second Survey.
