Description
This is a three-storey, two-bay house, one of a terrace of twenty-seven dwellings, located at 5 Mountjoy Terrace, Londonderry. It was recorded during the First Survey but has not been granted listed status. The house is rendered, and there are now variations in the rendering, with some properties featuring contrasting painted reveals. It has a red brick chimney with yellow brick dressings. The house has been significantly altered and does not meet the criteria for listing. A partial record was completed during the Second Survey.
