Detached three-bay single-storey direct-entry vernacular dwelling, built c.1800, located to the north side of Corgary Road. Rectangular-on-plan with small windbreak porch to east. Roof is pitched corrugated tin with raised concrete verges; smooth rendered chimneys with clay pots. Walls are of rubble construction, harled and whitened. Windows are replacement timber framed 3/6 sliding sash with exposed sash boxes; painted masonry sills. Principal elevation faces east; from left, bay one contains single window at left and windbreak porch at right containing vertically-sheeted timber half door; bays two and three each contain single window. South gable is blank. West elevation contains two timber casement windows at left (that to left has painted concrete sill); at right, bays project, each containing small timber casement window. North gable is blank. Set within a rural site; remains of rubble stone boundary wall at south and west acts as retaining wall to mature garden. To east, single-cell rendered stone outbuilding with corrugated metal roof and painted timber doors, accessed through circular rubble pillars supporting timber gate; further pillars supporting gate to agricultural land at north. Site bound to road at south by timber fence, accessed through circular pillars connected to outer square piers by rubble walling.
