Description

This is a two-storey house located at 37 Beach Road, Portballintrae, County Antrim. It was surveyed during the First Survey and again during the Second Survey, but has not been formally listed. The house has a hipped slate roof and rendered external walls. The central bay of the building projects forward with a lower, two-storey porch, with single-storey lean-tos situated on either side. The windows are a mix of timber sash windows.
