This was a late 19th century stone Model School, formerly located on Carthall Road in Coleraine. The building has since been demolished and replaced with modern housing. It was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey. The building was a school in its former use, and is now demolished. It was not considered to have sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant listing.
