Description
Bannfield House was a handsome, two-storey house with a basement and hipped roof, dating from the 19th century. It had been situated in its own grounds on Blindgate Street, Coleraine. The building was surveyed during the First Survey, but was not listed at that time. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, but the building has since been demolished and replaced by a supermarket. It served as a house and its architectural and historical significance were not considered sufficient for listing.
