Description

This is a large former distillery building dating from the 19th century, situated on New Market Street in Coleraine. The original structure is built of rubble blackstone with brick dressings around the cambered openings. The building has undergone enlargement, and the original core remains within a later concrete structure. It was originally used as a factory, and currently continues in factory use. The building was surveyed during initial heritage recording efforts but was deemed not worthy of full survey or listing.
