Description
This is a three-storey, terraced house located in Coleraine, built before 1830. The building was surveyed but is not considered worthy of full listing. It has rendered walls and is four windows wide, with the number of windows reduced on the second floor. The windows are 12 and 9 paned sashes, with a rendered architrave above the doorway. The ground floor appears to have been rebuilt and projects slightly, and the windows have been replaced. The building was formerly and currently operates as a shop.
