Description
This was a three-storey corner building located at The Diamond, Coleraine. It was originally surveyed in the First Survey but never listed. Since then, the building has been demolished, and a partial record was created during the Second Survey. Constructed in the late 19th century, it was six windows wide on one side and five windows wide on the other, featuring a rounded corner bay. The building had a slate roof and rendered walls. The windows were diminishing two-paned sashes, and there was a modern shop front.
