This is a former railway station, now disused and derelict. It is a concrete framed structure with concrete roof trusses, and the panels between the trusses are filled with metal lath and render. The building originally had steel windows, but these are largely missing. The station is concealed from the road by surrounding trees. While it does not meet specific criteria for formal listing, it holds some local interest. Records of the building are partial, and it is noted as being derelict.
