Little Rock was a flat-roofed, modernist-style single-storey dwelling built around 1955. It was originally used as a house. The building was surveyed during the First Survey but not listed at that time. It has since been demolished, and the record provided is a partial note from a subsequent survey. It is not listed, and holds no particular architectural or historical interest.
