This is a single-storey vernacular dwelling, built before 1833, with adjoining outbuildings. It was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed. Subsequent substantial alterations led to a partial record being made during the Second Survey. The building has a slate roof and rendered walls. It is symmetrical, with five bays, featuring a large entrance with sidelights and a fanlight. The windows are four-paned sash windows. The building fabric has been significantly altered, with a rear extension and reconfiguration of the chimneys indicating internal re-planning.
