Glenview House was a two-storey Victorian house formerly located at 1A Glenview Avenue, Ballygowan Road. It was surveyed during the First and Second Surveys, although it was not initially listed. The house has since been demolished and replaced by the Glenview Heights residential development. It was originally used as a house and was in private ownership.
