Description

This is a two-storey, modernist-style electricity sub-station built around 1930. The building is rendered and features metal-framed windows. It was initially surveyed in the First Survey but was not considered significant enough for listing. A partial survey was subsequently undertaken during the Second Survey for the same reason. The building is not listed and holds neither exceptional architectural nor historical interest.
