Description
This is a terrace of two-bay buildings located on Botanic Avenue in Belfast. The buildings were constructed in a lively “chequerboard” brick pattern and feature unusual round-headed dorners. The character of the buildings has been adversely affected by inappropriate shop fronts. The structure was surveyed during the First Survey but was not listed at that time. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey, as a full survey was not deemed necessary. The building’s former use was as a house within a terrace, and it is currently used as a shop.
