This is a terrace of small, two-storey houses located on Laganvale Street, Belfast, in the Malone Lower townland. The buildings were surveyed as part of the First Survey but were not considered for listing. They feature parapeted roofs and originally had flat roofs, with potential early use of 'Volcanite', a material formerly manufactured in a local factory. However, the replacement of the original windows with PVC has led to a partial survey during the Second Survey, as the buildings are now deemed to lack sufficient architectural and historical interest to warrant a full listing.
