Description

The buildings at 38-40 Adelaide Park, Belfast, were designed in 1898 by Graeme-Watt & Tulloch and consist of a pair of tall, semi-detached red brick houses. They are characterised by large Dutch gables. The windows have been replaced with PVC frames, which has significantly reduced the buildings' architectural interest and prevented a full survey. The buildings are located within the Malone Lower townland and are situated within a conservation area.
