Description
30 Adelaide Park is a detached, red-brick house of high Victorian style, designed in 1896 by Samuel Stevenson. The house is two storeys in height with an attic. The building is located within the Malone Lower townland and falls within a conservation area. Although originally a house, its current use remains as a house. The proliferation of PVC windows has resulted in the building no longer being considered of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey. The building is a Grade D1 Record Only entry, meaning it is not formally listed.
