Description

This is a single-storey building located to the southeast of the main building of Methodist College, Belfast. Constructed of brownish-red brick, it comprises two or three separate blocks and features regularly spaced 'Crittall' steel windows. It previously functioned as a university or college building and currently retains that use. The building is situated within the Malone Lower townland and lies within a conservation area. While it is not considered to be of sufficient interest to warrant a full survey, a partial survey was undertaken. It does not hold specific architectural or historical significance and is not a listed building.
