This is a terrace of small, two-storey houses located on Laganvale Street, Belfast, in the Malone Lower townland. The buildings were initially surveyed during the First Survey but were not designated as listed buildings. They feature parapeted roofs. While the buildings may incorporate 'Volcanite', a material formerly manufactured in a local factory, their architectural significance has been diminished by the replacement of original windows with PVC, leading to a partial survey during the Second Survey rather than a full assessment.
