Description

This terrace comprises numbers 23, 23A, 25, 25A, 27, 29 and 31 University Road, Belfast, and is located in the Malone Lower townland. The buildings were surveyed during the First Survey, but were not initially listed. A partial survey was subsequently undertaken during the Second Survey; however, it was determined that the group of terraced buildings did not possess sufficient architectural or historical interest to warrant a full Second Survey. The terrace was formerly and currently operates as shops. There has been a cumulative loss of historic fabric. The buildings are not listed.
