It has been demolished and replaced with two-storey social housing now known as 25 Joy Street and 2-4 Russell Street. The buildings were initially surveyed during the First Survey but were not listed. This record is a partial one from the Second Survey. The former use of the buildings was as houses. They were privately owned. No architectural or historical interest was attributed to the buildings, and they are not currently listed.
