16 Ormeau Avenue was a large red brick warehouse situated adjacent to the Ormeau Baths in Belfast, County Antrim. The building has since been demolished, and a car park now occupies the site. It was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not formally listed. A partial record of the building was subsequently created in the Second Survey. The building's former use was as a warehouse, and it currently exists as a car park. It possesses no architectural or historical interest warranting a formal listing.
