Description
This is a large, five-storey warehouse dating from the late nineteenth century. It occupies a corner site on Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, and features a curved corner elevation. The building was initially surveyed, but not listed, and a partial record was taken in a subsequent survey due to it not being deemed worthy of a full survey. It was formerly used as a warehouse, and the ground floor has been altered to accommodate a public house and nightclub. The building’s windows have been replaced. It is of commercial ownership and possesses neither architectural nor historical interest for listing purposes.
