Description

This is a two-storey and attic, late Victorian dwelling, designed in 1891 by Francis E Ward. The building is rendered and located within the Malone Lower townland, Belfast. It was originally used as a house and currently retains that use. Replacement PVC windows and rainwater goods have diminished the building's architectural interest to the point where a full survey is not warranted. The property is situated within a conservation area.
