This is a three-storey former bank, built in the Italianate style, situated on Botanic Avenue in Malone Lower, Belfast. The building was initially surveyed during the First Survey but was not selected for listing. A partial record was taken during the Second Survey; however, it was deemed not worthy of a full survey.
