54-88 Joy Street was a terrace of nineteenth-century two-storey houses in Belfast, County Antrim. The buildings have since been demolished and replaced with social housing. The terrace was surveyed during the First Survey, but was not included in the list of buildings of special architectural or historic interest. A partial record of the terrace was made during the Second Survey. The buildings were originally used as houses. The terrace was privately owned.
