Description
18 Cambourne Park is a two-storey, double-fronted house built in an Arts & Crafts style. The house has a hipped roof covered with green Westmoreland slate, and is constructed of roughcast and brick. A deeply recessed entrance features stepped arched reveals and retains the original front door. Some windows have original leaded lights. The doorcase is noteworthy, but the overall design is typical of properties found in Upper Malone ward. The building is currently used as a house and was formerly used as a house. It is not a listed building.
