Description

This is an early 20th century single-storey gate-lodge, originally serving Malone House. It has a hipped roof with a dormered attic. The building has been extended and now features uPVC windows and a concrete tiled roof. It is of industrial archaeological interest and is considered a monument. It was delisted in November 1991 and a partial survey was taken during a second survey.
