The building was a group of red brick structures formerly associated with the Fire Station. It comprised a three-story warehouse, a seven-story tower, and a two-and-a-half-story block of domestic accommodation. The buildings have been demolished and replaced by Laganside Courts, which is set back from the road. This listing is a record only and does not confer protection.
